• Browse and search property listings
• Contact property owners and agents
• List properties for sale or rent
• Manage property portfolios
• Access property management tools

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account

If you list a property on our platform, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to list the property
• All information provided is accurate and up-to-date
• You will update or remove listings that are no longer available
• You will not post misleading or fraudulent information
• You own or have permission to use all images and content in your listing

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chullu Properties and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Chullu Properties, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
